Jeep JL & JLU Front & Rear Aluminum Fender Package

 This package is for front & rear aluminum fenders for your Jeep Wrangler JL or JLU.

Front Fender Features:

• Unique backing plates mount under the fender, clean up exposed area at the grille.
• Backing plate also provides a new mounting location for LED side marker lights.
• Made of lightweight & durable 6061 Aluminum alloy.
• Bolts on in same location as stock flare.
• Equivalent to a 2" wide flare
• Bigger wheel opening (up and rearward) to prevent tire rubbing.
• 1/8" thick laser cut top plate will hold up out on the trail.
• Built from thick wall 1-1/2" diameter x .188" wall tubing.
• TIG Welded in a precision jig to assure a good fit on your Jeep.
• Includes all necessary mounting hardware (some stock hardware is reused).
• Includes detailed installation instructions.
• Shipped to you with a nice brushed aluminum finish, but can be painted or Powder Coated too.
• Super lightweight at only 22 lbs per pair.

• LED Side marker light kits are optional and also available (LED-1010).
• Check out the optional VisionX driving lights with built in amber turn signal lights!
• Aluminum front inner fenders (pictured) are also available (TFF-10SIF), but optional.
• Installation requires minor drilling of the factory mounting locations.
• Installation also requires cutting of some tabs and the inner fender supports too.
• We also offer matching JL REAR flares (TFR-10020).

Rear Fender Features:

• Made of lightweight & durable 6061-T6 Aluminum alloy.
• Bolts on in same location as stock flare.
• 4" wide flare (same as stock).
• Bigger wheel opening (up and rearward) to prevent tire rubbing.
• 1/8" thick laser cut and CNC bent plates and tubes will hold up out on the trail.
• Built from rugged 1-1/2" diameter x .188" wall tubing.
• TIG Welded in a precision jig for a seamless fit
• Includes all necessary mounting hardware (some stock hardware is reused).
• Retains your stock inner fender well.
• Shipped to you with a brushed aluminum finish.
• Includes detailed installation instructions.
• Super lightweight at only 19.65 lbs per pair.
